Sandra Valle
My name is Sandra Valle—wife, mother of two beautiful girls, and a proud believer in Christ. I’m a licensed cosmetologist with over 12 years of experience, and I began my journey as a young entrepreneur when I opened my own salon at just 21 years old. As a proud Mexican Latina, I’m deeply family-oriented and passionate about vibrant culture, colorful food, beach days, and travel. My true joy lies in helping people look and feel their best—transforming their appearance with confidence and care is my superpower.
I’m also the proud owner of Raíces Hair and Beauty Bar, a salon rooted in community, creativity, and growth. One of the most meaningful parts of my work is creating opportunities for others. As a state-approved apprenticeship sponsor, I help aspiring cosmetologists start from zero and work toward becoming licensed professionals in the industry. Raíces is more than just a salon—it’s a safe space for growth, learning, and financial independence.

My name is Anely Pina. I’m Mexican and a devoted mother to two beautiful children who inspire me every day. I cherish spending time with my husband and our two dogs, and I truly enjoy connecting with others—conversation is my therapy, and those who know me will tell you there’s never a dull moment when I’m around.
I’m a certified lash technician with four years of experience, and I genuinely love what I do. Helping people feel confident and beautiful is my passion, and I take pride in creating a welcoming, uplifting experience for every client.
On my days off, you’ll often find me shopping, enjoying a good cup of coffee, or spending time at church—recharging and finding inspiration in life’s little joys.

Hi everyone! My name is Andrea Bailon, and I’m a licensed cosmetologist. I was born and raised in Fallbrook, CA. When I’m not at the salon, I love spending time with my family, watching movies, shopping, going to bailes, and trying new things. My favorite color is orange, and I’m obsessed with all things western!
Originally, I wanted to become a barber, but I ended up enrolling in a cosmetology program—and I’m so glad I did. As soon as I started learning about hair, I fell in love with it and knew this was something I could do for the rest of my life. I’m passionate about my craft and love being able to express my creativity through my work. Helping my beautiful clients look and feel their best is truly a dream come true.
